Five O' Clock Tea

A Sri Lankan tea blend using th finest Ceylon teas grown high in the Uva Highlands. This is an excellent afternoon tea with a beautiful flavoursome taste. Once you've tried it it'll become your everday cuppa for sure.

Tips for making a perfect five o'clock tea

Pre-heat the pot by pouring boiling water into it. Discard the water and add tea to the pot. This water has served its purpose: now use fresh boiling water. Pour boiling water over tea. Leave to steep for between 3- 5mins the tea needs at least this much time to develop its full flavor. Decant/strain the tea. Serve with milk to taste.
