Marsala Chai
Marsala Chai is an Indian Spicy tea blend the traditional spices used are considered the 'warm' spices, there are many combinations of Chai but all will have Cardamom in them. Our blend includes citrus peels to give it extra zest. Chai is best with plenty of milk and sugar brew for about 3 mins for the black tea to be strong enough for flavour but not over brewed which may give the tea a tannin taste.

Our Chai ingredients: Indian black tea, ginger, citrus peels, allspice, cardamom, pink pepper, natural flavouring, cloves, star aniseed and nutmeg.
Tea Directions: Steep for 3 - 5mins. Add milk and sugar to taste.
