Turkish Apple tea or Elma Çay as it is known in Turkey is an excellent refresher to the system. Our Organic Turkish Apple is purely organic apple pieces - no added sugar - however you may wish to add honey or sugar to taste but its just as good without.

Preparation: Leave 2 teaspoons of apple pieces to steep for about 8 mins this might sound like a long time buts its worth the wait - this time allows the goodness from the apple pieces to enter the tea giving it a wonderful rich apple taste.
